How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our courier’s website. If you have any trouble accessing your tracking information, feel free to contact our customer service team.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number and a description or photo of the item you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you as soon as possible and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you’d like to make. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

After contacting customer service to initiate a return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include all original packaging and documentation.
